POSTER PREPARATION GUIDELINE:
Authors presenting a printed poster are requested to adhere to the following specifications:
  • Posters must be prepared in portrait orientation.
  • The maximum poster dimensions are 96 cm (width) × 234 cm (height).
  • While posters may be prepared in any size within the allowable dimensions, an A0-sized poster (84.1 cm × 118.9 cm, portrait format) is recommended.
  • The poster should clearly include:
    • Presentation title
    • Author name(s)
    • Affiliation(s)
    • Introduction/Background
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
    • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters to the conference venue. Posters should be mounted before the designated poster session and removed promptly at the conclusion of the session according to the conference schedule.
 
ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINE:
Time management: Please note and strictly adhere to the time allotted for your presentation. Staying within your designated timeframe is essential to respect the schedule and ensure all speakers receive adequate time for their sessions and Q&A.

Connectivity options: Please ensure you are prepared to present using one of the following two methods:

  • USB flash drive: Bring your presentation file on a USB drive.

  • Direct device output: Ensure your laptop has a USB Type-C output and that you have any necessary adapters for the venue's display system.

On-Site Arrival: We kindly ask that you arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session to test your presentation file and familiarize yourself with the audiovisual equipment.
