Abstract submission will be open on 1 February 2026.

The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit abstract for Oral or Poster Presentations. Abstracts must be submitted through the online Abstract Submission Portal.

Important Dates:

Deadline for Abstract Submission: 31 May 2026
Notification of Acceptance: before 15 Jun 2026
Registration Deadline for Presenting Author: 15 Jul 2026

Guidelines:

·       Abstract must be submitted in English.

·       Word limit for abstract title is 30 words.

·       Word limit for abstract content is 300 words.

·       There is no limit of the number of abstract submissions.

·       Abstract cannot be edited after 31 May.

·       If applicants wish to withdraw the abstract, a written request to Conference Secretariat by email (info@apsn-faons-hksn-2026.org) is required.

·       The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject and/or to edit the abstract.

·       Applicants are invited to state his/her preferred presentation format (i.e. Oral Presentation OR Poster Presentation). The Organizing Committee reserves the right to accept or refuse an abstract, to designate abstracts to either oral or poster presentation, and to choose a suitable session for the abstract. Applicants' preference of the type of presentation and theme will be taken into account.

·       Applicants who haven't registered for APSN-FAONS-HKSN 2026 when submitting the abstracts, are required to register for the meeting upon receiving the abstract acceptance notice from the Organizer, on or before 15 Jul 2026.

·       Applicants shall be the designated corresponding authors for the abstract and all communications regarding the abstract (submission, review, presentation etc.) will be sent to the email address they used to set up the account.

·       Applicants are required to input 3 key words related to the abstract

Successful applicants are required to register and complete payment via our online registration portal. If you have not registered with fees paid on or before 15 Jul 2026, your presentation may be disregarded and omitted from the programme. If you have extenuating circumstances which would require later payment, please contact our Secretariat on or before 15 Jul 2026 to make special arrangements.
 

Travel Award for Young Investigators

A limited number of Travel Awards, aligned with DEI principles, will be granted on a competitive basis to young investigators (non-faculty) under 35 years of age who are presenting an accepted abstract. Interested presenter should upload a single file including 1) personal details with email contact; 2) eligibility confirmation, 3) abstract title, 4) short CV (< 2 pages) with a list of publications, and 5) a brief motivation statement (<200 words) in the abstract submission page. All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.
